ECI uses AI-powered tools to help with communication and scheduling. AI-assisted messages may be sent on our behalf. AI tools do not make binding agreements, approve pricing changes, or replace human decision-making, and ECI staff monitor them. Please confirm important or sensitive matters with a member of our team.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information available. Final pricing may change because of site conditions or additional work. Additional services require your approval.
4. Scheduling and Access
Weather or unforeseen conditions may cause delays. You must provide safe access to the property. Missed appointments may incur rescheduling fees.
5. Payments
Payment terms are listed on your invoice. Late payments may incur fees. Refunds are issued at ECI’s discretion based on service completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
ECI is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by unmarked underground utilities, delays caused by weather, third-party vendors, or lack of client access, or reliance on AI-generated information without human confirmation. ECI’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Florida law.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to third-party sites and use third-party services (such as Jobber and payment processors). ECI does not control them and is not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
